1. What is Agile Minds® and who is behind it?
Agile Minds® is an online education platform offering world-class project management training and exam simulators. It was founded by Esteban Amed, PMP — an internationally experienced project manager with postgraduate studies in New Zealand — and is fully committed to helping professionals worldwide achieve globally recognized certifications.
2. Are your courses official PMI® courses?
No, Agile Minds® is not an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Our courses and simulators are independently developed to thoroughly prepare you for PMI® exams, based on the latest PMBOK®, Agile Practice Guide, and official Exam Content Outlines (ECO), but they are not official PMI® programs.
3. What is included in Agile Minds® courses?
All our courses (PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-PMOCP™, etc.) are 100% online and include: 150–300+ video lessons, downloadable resources (PDFs, Excel templates), slides, quizzes, practical activities, and full-length exam simulators. Courses are continuously updated to reflect the latest PMI® Exam Content Outline changes.
4. How do the exam simulators work?
Our simulators (e.g., PMP® Exam Simulator) replicate the real PMI® exam experience: 180 questions, 230 minutes (PMP®) or 150 questions, 180 minutes (CAPM®), exact domain weighting, timed conditions, and detailed explanations for every answer. Unlimited attempts — your highest score is recorded. Passing score required: 80%+.
5. How do I access the courses and what devices do I need?
Log in to your personal account on https://en.agileminds.nz. Courses and simulators work on any device (desktop, tablet, smartphone) with a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and an internet connection.
6. Do you provide completion certificates?
Yes. Upon finishing any course, Agile Minds® issues a valid certificate of completion that meets PMI® contact-hour requirements (e.g., 35 hours for PMP®, 23 hours for CAPM®).
7. How can I verify my certificate with PMI®?
Each certificate includes a unique ID and QR code that can be validated instantly on our website, confirming authenticity and the exact number of contact hours — fully accepted by PMI® during the application process.
8. What score is required to pass quizzes and simulators?
A minimum of 80% is required on section quizzes and full exam simulators. Unlimited attempts are allowed; we record your highest score. Results and detailed explanations are available in Dashboard → My Quiz Attempts.
9. What purchase options are available?
We offer:
One-Time Purchase (single payment, lifetime access including future updates),
Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, annual — recurring), and
Memberships (access to multiple courses with recurring billing).
All prices are in USD. New Zealand customers are charged 15% GST; all other countries pay 0% GST.
10. What is your refund, discount, and coupon policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds (except where required by law). We regularly run promotions, corporate/educational pricing, scholarships, and limited-time coupons applicable to specific courses or simulator packs.
11. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle. You can turn off auto-renewal, cancel, or reactivate anytime from My Profile → Subscriptions.
12. Where can I find my purchases, subscriptions, and invoices?
Go to Order History for all purchases and invoices. Active subscriptions are managed under Subscriptions. For billing questions, contact invoice@agileminds.nz.
13. How do I update my personal details for the certificate?
Update your full name and details in Dashboard → Settings. Accurate information is critical so your certificate matches exactly what you’ll submit to PMI®.
14. How do I use the Dashboard to manage my account?
Your Dashboard gives you access to:
Enrolled Courses, Favorites, Quiz Attempts & Results, and Q&A sections for each course. Account preferences are managed under Settings.
15. How do I interact with course content (downloads, comments, reviews)?
Every lesson includes downloadable resources (PDFs, Excel files). You can leave comments on lessons (answered by the instructor), write course reviews to help others, and bookmark favorite lessons — all while keeping interactions respectful and on-topic.
